if we ask you to provide us an access to one of your statistic systems, such as Google Analytics.
If we don't get the access we reserve the right to block permanently or suspend your account.
if the quality of visitors is extremely low, and thus not worth for advertisers, we may stop this cooperation with refunds to advertisers, which means partial or complete lack of withdrawal for publisher. if account of your “referral” was blocked, funds that were gained through this will be subtracted from your account's balance.
However, in case we unblock his account, we'll instantly return all earnings from him.
you have 30 days to appeal our decisions. After this period, the decision gets permanent status.
we can give you a notice in three days before conditions of cooperation will be changed or any cooperation can be unilaterally terminated
the network is not responsible for service outages, as well as for any data losses due to technical or other reasons
It's forbidden to register new account as referral of your current account
It's forbidden to embed our ad code in any sorts of iframes.
Account balance of publisher will be reduced to zero in case of two years of inactivity.
For instance: if balance of publisher's account has no changes within 2020, 2021 and 2022 (at least 1 day of the year) it will be irreversibly reset.
